PLACING ORDERS

WEBSITE ORDER : 1.) Add all items wanted from our website to your virtual shopping cart. Pay special attention to quantities as well as parts sizes 2.) Enter your zip code and click the calculate button to recieve your order total with shipping and handling 3.) Check Out your order using payments from your: PayPal Account, Credit Card, or Bank Account Payment

PHONE ORDER : We do not process call in orders as we cannot accept payment over the phone. Orders can be taken and invoice sent to an email adress for payment. If  you need to add an item to an existing order or have a problem purchasing from our website, feel free to contact us for order assistance. You can also contact us to check an items availability, answer item questions or discuss ordering of custom parts.

MAIL ORDER : To order print and fill out our Mail Order form. Then mail the order form in with your money order payment. This method takes the longest as we will not ship your order until the money order clears

EMAIL : To place your order contact us with the items wanted, quantities, as well as your postal zip code to recieve a price quote. Send these inquiries to FantasyToysBicycles@yahoo.com. Once agreed your order will then be invoiced and sent to your email for payment.

OUR WEBSITE DOES NOT DISPLAY LIVE INVENTORY : Though we make every effort to keep a good amount of our most popular items in stock, occassionally items do run out and need to be ordered for inventory. Below are common item button designations used on the website regarding item availability.

ADD TO CART = Item is expected to be on location or currently available through our suppliers.

OUT OF STOCK = We do not have the item and our supplier is also out of stock. The item is still being produced but are waiting on the supplier to receive  more inventory.

DISCONTINUED = We no longer have inventory and the item is no longer being produced.

***All bicycles and parts on our website are described to the best of our ability at the time of publishing. Due to availability or manufacturing changes, slight differences may arise in an items appearence from what is pictured or described. As we discover changes we will update item descriptions.

DAMAGED ITEMS / SHORTAGES

All shipments are packed in efforts to keeping your order safe & in top condition during transit. Occasionally damage may occur to items due to improper handling by the shipping carrier. 

Damage claims must be reported to us within 24 hours of your orders delivery. Make sure any visible box damage is noted by the delivery driver prior to signing for your package. Be sure to save all packing lists, shipping cartons, and packing material as the shipper may ask to see it

To assist in processing a damaged item claim, we will need a few pictures of the damaged item in question as well as pictures of  the box damage. In some cases the damaged item may need to be returned to us before we can send out a replacement item or issue compensation.

All claims of shortages must be reported to us within 24 hours of recieving your order. We do check orders multiple times to minimize any item shortages. Before reporting please inspect ALL packing materials for items as well as emails involving possible refunded items that may have been unavailable. Though rare, at times some orders may be seperated and shipped in multiple packages.

ONLINE RETURN / CANCELLATION POLICY

Returns must be reported within 7 days of receiving the order prior to shipping the item back.

ALL shipping fees associated with the return of any items are the responsibility of the BUYER. Returned items sent back to us freight collect (COD) will be refused.

There is NO restocking fee on returned items in NEW and UNINSTALLED condition.  Items returned that show signs of wear from being used or installed will not be accepted.

Once an item is returned it will be inspected and a refund will be processed if requirements are met. Please include the packing slip shipped with your original order.

Original shipping costs associated with the shipping the order out to you is not refundable.

Any order cancellation request will be subject to a 3%  cancellation fee. This fee covers the credit card processing cost of  the orignial order which is no longer refundable by the processor as of 01/01/2020.

NO REFUNDS OR CANCELLATIONS ALLOWED ON SPECIAL ORDERED OR CUSTOM MADE PARTS
