DOMESTIC SHIPPING

• Most orders will ship within 72 hours of receiving an order and cleared payment. Ground shipping runs Monday thru Friday so keep that in mind when considering transit time. This means an order placed on Friday may not ship out until Monday at the earliest.

• Some orders for parts and/or bicycles may require additional shipping time due to the extended variety of  items offered. Some items shown are not as heavily stocked as others due to demand and a few items are only ordered in as they are sold.

• Any item(s) not on location at the time of purchase will be ordered in if available prior to the shipping of your order. This can delay the shipment of the order on average 7-10 business days as we place orders weekly. If the item happens to be on backorder we will refund the full cost of the item back to your payment method and ship out the remaining parts of the order.

• We will ship orders ONLY to the shipping address that is linked to your orders payment. Please make sure your shipping address is correct before processing your payment. This is to protect the buyer as well as us. The only remedy for a wrong address is to cancel your original order. You will then need to re submit the order with the correct shipping address. The cancelled order will be subject to a 3%  cancellation fee. This covers the credit card processing cost of  the original order which is no longer refundable from the processor as of 01/01/2020

• All orders require you to give your phone number. This is mainly for the shipping of your package but also lets us contact you in the event a problem arises with your order.

• Customers will receive shipment notification and tracking info of their order by email through FedEx Or PayPal once the order has been shipped. This information is also linked to your PayPal payment transaction. These notifications are sent to the email address used on your transaction so if you no longer use that email please update your payment information.

• Shipping charges are calculated for the mainland 48 US States. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico may at times need additional money for shipping costs once your order is processed and packed. A payment request will be sent to your e-mail for additional payment if needed.

• All orders placed on this website must be shipped out to the customer. Placing an order online and attempting to pick the order up in our retail store is prohibited.  Pricing is also different in our retail store than what is shown on this website.

Currently our shipping calculator is only accurate for Mainland US orders. Additional funds may be needed to ship your order once items are packed and actual shipping cost is calculated.

Currently we only ship parts orders up to $500usd of products with parts & shipping included. Any duty and import taxes are responsibility of the buyer. For the most accurate quote you can email us an order before placing for a quote. Keep in mind International shipping cost overseas can be expensive as we are based in the US.
